Mr. K`s Chinese Cuisine and Sushi in Orlando

It's difficult in Florida to find a good all around Chinese spot...Mr.K's hits the spot when you're craving some. Consistently good, and the customer service is on point ….now the only issue is that this is the only decent Chinese place in Lake Nona so they get flooded with take-out at times. I give them a pass on waiting for my order occasionally (no more than 10 min), but I'm always met by a very hardworking and kind woman to handles my orders. Keep up the good work, Lake Nona needs more dining spots and less CHAINS.

After looking for a "real" sit down Chinese restaurant, we finally found one in Lake Nona. The food is excellent and service is great. Had egg drop soup to start and end as delicious. Sometime you get this soup and it is on the weak side. This was nice and rich and eggie. Next was rib tips which were fantastic. My wife had pork and broccoli which I tried and thought it also was delicious. I has sweet and sour chicken and most places have the sauce on the side so I was pleasantly surprised when asked if I wanted the sauce on the side or mixed in. I am from new York so am used to having it mixed in. It was fantastic. The chicken was still crispy and smothered in the sweet and sour sauce with peppers and pineapple. That's the way it should be eaten. Thanks to everyone at Mr. K's restaurant. We highly recommend this restaurant and will surely be back again.

They have a tendency to serve or at least blend, leftover shrimp fried rice that tastes exactly like dried, leftovers.

Best Asian food for miles absolutely love what comes from their kitchen you can't go wrong with price and portions.

After all the raving reviews the food was mediocre at best. I love Chinese food and rarely write reviews but tonight I was Very disappointed . Everything I ordered was very bland and lacking flavor and spice....I honestly would have been more satisfied just ordering panda express! Will not be back again

The food is typically very good however the wait time for takeout is more often than not extremely long. I have attributed it to the fact that I usually order on a busy weekend night but I have noticed even on weekdays the wait time is unacceptable. It’s a shame because the food is really good.

Four of us, everyone had something different. We all enjoyed our meals. Not a large restaurant, all tables no booths, very clean. Recommend.

Excellent appetizer food and sushi!

Amazing food, always friendly and fast. Lady at front desk is a super hero, she answers phones non stop, places orders, rings people up. Runs and gets the food, and she does it with a big smile.

Food is great. Sweet and sour chicken could have had more sauce with it!

Food was okay came in with three other people and we'll all felt the same way, wasn't great but was acceptable. The staff was friendly a little busy with the togo area but none the less. Went here a few years back and felt a similar way. Food tasted a little bland. I've only tried two dishes so far but general tsos was one of them and usually you can judge a place off that simple dish.

The food is great here!! Everything thing is good especially their duck, my only complaint is that they don't have combinations, only for lunch specials. So we order a large fried rice which will feed 4 people with ease. The Dragon and Phoenix is my favorite!

Great food! Unfortunately, they are only doing takeout right now. They are clearly taking covid very seriously. Check out the plexiglass divider they install in the front door.

Poor customer service, ordered on line but was not given time to pick up call they said one hour. Went to rest and waited 1/2 in line to be told ordered was list and it would take 1/2 to make it over again. Other people were waiting saying the same thing 1.5 hour wait one lady said two hours. A lot of people returning to find out they got there orders wrong. 2nd time going there staff was not very nice. Didn’t apologies for losing the order. On way home wife got call from the rest they found our order but it would be 1.5 hours if we still wanted it very poor customer service will not try them agin.

The food comes to the table hot, you get a lot of food for your money, everyone is friendly, and the establishment is very clean. I will definitely go back.

Food is great but if you want to pick up your order at 6pm, put 5:15pm pickup because they will make you wait 40 minutes at parking lot. It’s my 4th time ordering here in past 3 months for pickup and they made me wait 30-40 minutes every single time.

Delicious, affordable Chinese food served in a beautiful Asian setting that was made peaceful by Chinese music and decor. The server was friendly and professional. When she served the food, I noticed that she put the plates down so gently that she didn't make a sound - a small detail but it captured the attitude of wanting to please the customer and make this a special eating experience. The place had only a couple of empty tables and that was at 3:00 pm so it's popular. Customers were in singles, couples and families. I definitely plan to return.

Wonderful little gem of a place. The Garlic Shrimp (pictured) was delicious, if a little more spicy than I expected. Lunch portions are sized just right. The General Tso was perfectly seasoned and the service was prompt. Good seating with plenty of room for small teams.

1 small order of fried rice and 1 small order of lo mein carry out went from being a 10 minute to a 40 minute wait. Asked for white sauce (shrimp sauce) and they gave me mayonnaise. I called the store and that is their white sauce. That’s bs you tell someone if you’re going to charge them for mayo. Who doesn’t have that at home? If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a screaming baby in the car and these people had NO idea how to run their dinner service. 👍

Tiny Chinese restaurant with a very friendly and family oriented atmosphere. The food is EXCELLENT! I strongly recommend it!

Staff: friendly and efficient Food: good, portions are enough for one personI ordered: Birds Nest - Scallops, Shrimp and Lobster with vegetables. They were good, with a good amount of seafood. It’s worth the price. Shrimp fried Rice - tasty, with the “burnt” taste from the wok. Shrimps were fresh! I recommend the place, it’s a good option nearby Lake Nona.

Best Chinese I’ve had in Florida ever. It’s not easy finding good Chinese food here, they always seem to fall short but not Mr.K’s, everything tasted great. The honey chicken was amazing, just the right amount of breading. I’ve found my new go to.

Good service and food.

Ordered take-out the other night and wasn't disappointed. Reasonable pricing and good portions. Everything tasted great. The pork fried rice had plenty of meat and vegetables. The chicken lo mein had lots of chicken. I was surprised when I walked in to pick up my food to see a very nice sit down restaurant. We will definitely be going back and eating in.

This place is beautiful, along with the asian setting. The staff was really helpful when guiding me to buy something to eat, but everything was simply too good. Sincerely the sushi, and shrimp tempura were the best part! And apart from all that... The prices really meet the expectations of what you get.

We always have a great experience at Mr. K’s on Narcoossee rd. The food is always great, as well as the service from everyone there. I always feel welcomed when I open the door and get greeted with a big smile and a ‘Welcome back!’

Staff is very nice. Food is made quickly. I docked one star because I ordered steamed dumplings as takeout and they were stuck together when I got home. I had to rip them apart. The vegetable fried rice was good. The sesame chicken could have used more sauce as I like mine saucy. Egg roll was also good.

We had ordered 3 "spicy" dishes (soup, appetizer & main) None of them were at all spicy, tho the Hot&Soup soup was tasty. We also ordered a mild appetizer and a shrimp noodle dish. The noodle dish was nearly tasteless. Sorry Mr. K, you got a not good rating..
